content is disappearing

Hi,


When I open the app after restarting my Mac there are pages where I just can't see the content. When I click simulate everything is there as I previously saved, but I can

't edit the page because in the app it's just empty!


Please help!

My company is paying a monthly fee for this and I can't work on this at all!

If you are not the account owner you should ask the owner to open the ticket.

Hi Sonia,


You understand it doesn't make sense only the owner of the account can open tickets? She's an admin that doesn't use the app.

I tried to attach the file but it does not work.

Hi Adee,


If you wish you can transfer the ownership of the account too. In case you need to attach your vp file here you will need to convert the file into a .rar
