Constant crashing at New events window

I am facing this situation every time. The program would run properly for a good few hours, then the New event window will fail to load contents and remain blank. Some times the Ok or the Cancel button can be clicked, some times not. I need to press the "Esc" button to exit the screen, wait for this error window to popup. The program runs well again before the same thing happens again a few hours later.
I am using ver 8.1 Professional edition on a new Windows 10 laptop.

I have updated to the latest version and still got 2 crashes in the last 4 hours...

Can you save and send us the log files. You can find the logs by going to:

On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log

On Mac [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log
