Collecting real time data

I created a data master to collect customer emails; I tested this through simulation and by publishing the prototype and still the data is still not being collected. Any suggestions?

I made sure that I created a button and set conditions to “click” then “data master value” and chose the box where the data master information is input by the customer.

To check if the info was collected, I am clicking on the data master and going to the tab “view and edit records”.

Hi Hardeep,

Real time data collection is not possible in Justinmind, so what you are trying to accomplish is not possible unfortunately.
