Can't See Shared Prototype in Justinmind account or application


I've shared prototype from colleague who also has the paid version of Justinmind whereas I'm on Trial account. When I log in to account, I do not see any prototype that is shared with me. She has published it for me when she checks in her account.


Steps I'm following to view the shared prototype:


1.Accept the invitation in email.


2. Click on Teamwork-->Open Shared prototype in JustInMind.


I'm not seeing shared prototype from my colleague.

That's odd. Could you please ask your colleague to check out the "add/remove users" panel and see if you have been added correctly as a user.

I want open shared prototype from my account. When I login into my account and choose my friend's account to view the prototype, the shared prototype won't open. What should I do? The picture I attach is the one that come out when i want to view the shared prototype. Can't I view the shared prototype using free account?

No, you will not be able to open a shared prototype with a free account after your trial expires. You could try having your friend open the Shared prototype on their computer and then going to File > Save a copy. They can then send you that .vp file, which you will be able to open with a free account.
