Can't open a prototype after last update
Hi:
I saved all my changes before updating to the last version of Justinmind. The size of the prototype file is about 40MB. After completing the update, not the file itself nor the automatic backups can be opened (file error).
What can I do now?

Once you're set up in the Customer Support portal, upload the prototype to a file sharing service like Dropbox, and send the link to the file to us in a request. We can try to recover the prototype.
