The software is frozen and I can't log out or close the program out. Any advise? Thank you!
That's odd! Thanks for telling us about this. If it's frozen, you can open Task Manager in Windows or Activity Log in Mac and force quit the app. After you do that, it would be very helpful for us if you could attach your log files. They should show the reason behind the crash. You can find them by following this file path:
On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log
On Mac [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log
If there's a logs.log.1 listed there, please attach it as well.
