Can't log into the app

I am a trial account and im trying to use the app but it is saying that it does not recognize my login.

Please help, I have already wasted one day.

Can you try resetting your password? To do this, click on the 'Forgot password' text. Let me know if you're still unable to login after this.

Dear friend, i have the same problem into the mobile app. It says "the email or password I entered is incorrect"

You are unable to login because your trial has expired. The mobile app is only available during a trial and for subscribers.
