Can't access the Customer Support Portal

I have a profesional license of Justinmind (monthly payment) but apparently I can't get access to the Customer Support Portal. I am the owner of the license.8e14e6be523c31badea192a4a47226e0

I am having the same issue. I have reset my password for the app and for this community site, but no matter what I do at support.justinmind.com I cannot login or reset my password. I have a professional account for which I am having several issues that I cannot get help for. Please help me gain access to customer support.
