Can`t log into online account (Trial expired) even after purchase

We can`t log into our trial accounts even after we purchased two licenses for JustinMind!


We bought the license with another Emailaddress. Password reset seems to work but login doesnt work after it.


Would be great if you could help as fast as possible.
