"Bring to Front" and "Send to Back" keyboard shortcuts keep additional Order shortcuts from being used in succession
After "Bring to Front" or "Send to Back" keyboard shortcuts, additional Order shortcuts do not work until you deselect and reselect the object being reordered.

I was able to reproduce the issue ordering a group. I tried with some other types of components and seems to work properly.
I created a ticket on our bug track so we can fix it in a future release. We will let you know when we have any update on this.
