You can use the option 'fit to screen' under Simulate -> Simulation settings.
Note that this will just fit everything into the canvas size of the iPhone, which will likely shrink the content. You can fix this by reducing the canvas size of the base page by clicking on it in the outline. You will probably have to do some manual adjustment of widgets if they are outside of the newly adjusted canvas, however.
