Android prototype - entire view scrolls, not just dynamic panel content

I'm building an Android prototype and need the title bar and soft keys to be fixed at top/bottom while the rest of the content is in a Dynamic Panel to scroll. I followed these directions: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pjwov42t8l3...

It seems that you haven't included the content (guest list) inside a dynamic panel at the main screen.
