Advanced question: Is it possible to make conditions related with an individual cell from a data grid?

Lets say I have a grid with pictures associated with a data master which has the following fields:

picture

importance

Importance can have 2 values: "low" and "high"

Now I add a red icon to the grid cell (the one that will be replicated with each data master record) and I mark it as hidden.

Is it possible to do the following event?

On page load => if the content of the attribute "importante" of a specific grid cell is "high" show the red icon for this grid cell.
