Accessing Paid Support

Hi,

I've reviewed the other topics regarding difficulty accessing paid support.

I did not receive an e-mail asking me to confirm my e-mail address.

I also some responses saying to send an e-mail.

Who do I send to? I can't find a help/support e-mail address on your site.
