Access to Customer Support Portal after ownership transfer

Ownership of our Pro account has been transferred to me, but I have no access to the Customer Support Portal.

I see that others have posted the same issue here and the Justinmind team resolved for them. Worth a shot for me.

We've added you in the Customer Support Portal, so you can submit tickets there now.

Confused....I am on a trial account but want to upgrade. I notice I no longer have the features I had such as footers and other design elements, will I gain anything from a paid account?

Your trial will be active for about another week, so you should still have access to all the features. It sounds like you might be accidentally using the free version. Can you try logging out and logging back in to Justinmind?
