My computer was replaced. I don't have access to sign out. Could you please reset my account.

Hi @Ria Arias - Can you Reset the account against registered email as - 'sales@arkenea.com' . We haven't logged in any devices & still the error message is being displayed as 'Too many Sign Ins'
