justin mind programe since four days I can not open my designs can not open

I had an issue with the justin mind programe since two days I can not open my designs and I can not login, check the attached. I had mad my design with pages(boards) and this is like a wasting of time for me, it is not open for my Mac. your support.634ac7e77bee5238994289f8ee1c7935

Hello, I'm sorry that you are having problems with your prototype, in order to help you better I would need you to send me the logs, You can find them by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)

There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.

Hello, can you please provide this information:

-Are you using macOS Monterey? (if so, which version?)


-Which model of mac do you have?


-Does the crash occurs just when Justinmind starts up? That is, does the program crash when it tries to open one of your prototypes or can it open the justinmind and create an empty prototype?


-Can you attach your prototype with which you crash? (if it's too heavy you can use wetransfer)


-Which version of Justinmind are you using?

i just wi want to cancel my year subscription with justinmind, i can not just wast my time and money in app that is have this type of issue as i lose my file in one second.
