Paid for account but still showing as having free account

I have been using the free version but decided to upgrade to a paid account. I did so and received a receipt; however, the account still shows as free (so no access to paid features). I've logged in and out, downloaded, etc etc. but this keeps happening. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
