"Scroll to" does not work in iOS prototype?

Answered Victor Conesa 8 years ago

"Scroll to" action triggered by an "on tap" event works great in my browser simulation, but does not work at all in my iPhone prototype. What gives?

I created a button and assigned the event "on tap > scroll to".

The button is on a long page, so when I press the button during simulation in the webbrowser, the screen scrolls way down to the bottom.

But when I open the prototype in my phone (using the Justinmind app), the UI shows that the button is tappable, but when I tap it, nothing happens.

OS: El Capitan 10.11.2

Justinmind version 7.1.0 on desktop

Justinmind version 1.0.6 on iOS

iOS 9.2 on iPhone 6

Browser for simulation: Firefox 44.0.2

Hi Michiel,

Could you please share with me the example via Dropbox/Wetransfer so I can test it and see what may be happening?

I have the same issue on Android. Is there a workaround until the bug is fixed?

I haven't been able to reproduce your issue. Can you attach a snippet please with the elements you've been using?
