Charts are Invisible in Usernote

Solved Victor Conesa 12 years ago

I created a prototype that heavily uses the Charts widget (a reporting dashboard), but when I uploaded it to Usernote, the charts were invisible. The Usernote version shows that there is a flash component there, but states that the 'movie is not loaded' when right-clicked.

Any chance of a quick-fix for this?

There was a problem with the .jpl. The names of the flash files had a double white space and Usernote removes those white spaces. The library is updated (download it from our extras section) but I'm afraid you will have to download and install it again. Then replace all the charts in your prototype by the ones in the new library.

I tried your instructions above, but it still doesn't work. I even removed all of my charts from the simulation and all of the charting widgets from Justinmind before installing the new JPL, but the new charts created by the replacement widgets are still invisible on Usernote.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you send the vp file to us so we can take a look at it please?

VP file sent back fixed. We replaced the charts in your prototype by the ones in the library that has been updated in our extras section.

I got where is the problem. If you want to set the size properly you have to add two parameters at the end of the value of the 'flashvars' parameter like this: '..&chartHeight=300&chartWidth=200'

You can have further information about these charts here http://www.fusioncharts.com/free/
