Can't Drag or Drop in Chrome Version 27.0.1453.116 m
Having no luck dragging using this example:

It works in IE 10.
When I try in Chrome, it tries to select the text instead of the object. I've turned off all extensions. No errors appear in the console. Any suggestions? 
Chrome 40-41 - same problem ("on drag" not work).
FF/IE - work well.
