Justmind activation error - free version after trial

Hi JIM team,

Trying to continue with the free version after trial period but encountering "justinmind activation error - Your user can't be validated in Justinmind servers. Please connect to the internet to continue"


I am already connected to internet. Please advise how to proceed.
