Can't find the index component in version 9.9.0
I'm trying to set up pagination on a datalist. In previous versions I was able to use the index component to navigate through a multi-page datalist. The index component no longer appears with the datalist and datagrid components. Has it been moved elsewhere or is it no longer supported?

Has the index component been removed completely? I've come to rely on using the index to allow me to paginate my data lists. It would be a shamed if it were no longer part of the product.
