Dropdown List not filtering correctly

Hi,
Trying to filter out dropdowns based on the previous selection.
All is working, but the only problem is there are duplicates in the same dropdown.
If the option is identical, shouldn't it just default as one option only?

Hello,

Unfortunately, If the options are identical it will not know to default to one option, you will have to remove the second 2021 option in 'Vehicle Year' and the duplicate Audi option in 'Vehicle Make'. Let me know if this helps answer your question!

I understand, but when a value is identical, it should consider it a unique value.

i.e.: How can I list 2021 BMW and Audi but only the Audi in 2020?
