App crashes immediately on startup

I'm running the app on Big Sur 11.1. The app worked for two days prior to this and when I try to open it now, the Justinmind logo appears as the app is starting and then the app immediately quits . The Console report on my Mac is as follows-

Jan 8 16:51:50 Isas-MacBook-Air com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.apple.mdworker.shared.0F000000-0300-0000-0000-000000000000[879]): Service exited due to SIGKILL | sent by mds[87]


I have tried deleting and uninstalling the app- three times in fact.

The same problem occurs every time. I find this rather strange as everything was working fine just yesterday. I've only had this app for less than a week, so I'm pretty sure this isn't due to the free trial expiring.

I am currently working on an app prototype with a few collaborators.

Any help would be appreciated. I cannot seem to find anyone with the same issue.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Could you attach your log files so then we may take a look?

You can find them by following this file path:


On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log


On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)


There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience, could you try removing the 'Justinmind' folder in the user director? And then try again. In MacOS when you uninstall Justinmind the user folder is not removed.
