Having trouble publishing - Unable to connect to server

Hi


When I try and share a prototype from the prototyper, it seems to complete successfully (no error messages) but when I select to "view in my online account", nothing happens. When I then try to open a shared prototype I get the error "Could not establish connection to server". I am not using a proxy

FYI - If i try and reshare it knows about the original share as it asks to create a new one or to synchronize.

I also can't seem to access Client Support from within the prototype to help with this problem (nothing happens when I click "contact client support")

Hello,

This is odd. Could you attach your prototype and log files? You can compress the prototype to .zip/.rar and attach it here.

You can find your log files by following this file path:


On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log


On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)


There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.
