Temporarily disable your Internet connection and try to sign in. You should see a dialog stating that you don't have an Internet connection and will show you an option to sign in via web browser. Before clicking that option, enable your Internet connection again.
Click the option to sign in via web browser. This will launch a URL and will download a .vp license file.
Open the file.
