Scenarios: add keyboard shortcut for 'Create Transition'

Please include a keyboard shortcut for "Create Transition" in Scenarios. Once you have things set up, having to continually find and click on the tiny create transition icon in the toolbar is cumbersome - especially when you're working on a 4K screen. That's a lot of mouse-mileage...
