First, make sure you download any projects from your online account before your trial expires. Then, once you have a license, you can upload your projects to your new account in a few ways:

1) Login to the online account and click the 'Publish new prototype' button, and upload a prototype.

2) Open the project in the Justinmind application and click 'Share', which will upload the prototype to your online account.

In that case, all you need to do is Share your projects to your online account once you have a license.

Sorry for any confusion, I was misunderstanding what you were asking for. Since all of your prototypes are stored in your files on your own computer, you do not need to do anything. You will be able to open them with the licensed account without any action from you.
