cannot get google analytics to work

I am trying to get my google anlaytics tracking code to work but after putting it in the input form for google anlaytics tracking code it does not show up when I view the page source or connect to my analytics account. Of note I am also trying to stack a hotjar tracking code below the google one but neither show up. I have also not been able to get just the google tag to work by itself.

What steps are you taking to use the integration? Are you using the process for integrating with usability testing tools described here?

ya, I followed those directions and copied the tracking code from Google into the Google analytics usability testing section in JIM.

Thanks for the info. Can you try pasting the Google analytics code into the box for Validately to see if that works?

When I enter the google analytics code into the box for Validately it shows up in the source for the page, but near the end of the body, not in the head. Google analytics also does not get a ping back from the tracking code when I visit the JIM page I built.
