selecting all texts via "Ctrl + A" in text field.

Answered Ichiro Uozu 4 years ago

Some times I wanted to change all texts in the text field on JustInMind. but I was not able to use "Ctrl + A". I expect I can use it when I want to select all of texts. Can I resolve the issue using instead of something? "Ctrl + A" is very useful if I can use.

Control + A should work to select all elements on the Canvas.

Thanks reply! Can I use it inside text field? I was not able to select all of characters.

Unfortunately no, it doesn’t select the content inside the elements, only the elements themselves.

Double-Clicking inside the text element should select all the text and allow you to quickly delete it, though.

If you’re looking to change all of the text content at once, you could also try going to Edit -> Replace, and you’ll be able to find and replace text throughout the prototype.

I sometimes to conduct it after duplicating text object for the next. I hope this feature will be equipped in the near future. Thanks!
