Your question is a week old, so perhaps you've located it by now. If not, first make sure under the top "View" menu that "Data Masters" has a check mark next to it. If so, then mine is grouped with the outline panel:

I checked my View menu and all possible sub menus within it and I still can not find the Data Master option. Is it only available on the paid application?
