Extra pixel in shapes

When working on JIM I realized that I have an extra pixel in shapes. It seems to be in the bottom and in the right side of the shapes. Attached a picture.

It looks like you are using a margin for the element. You can remove this by changing the margin to 0 in the Properties palette.

The margin value is 0 so it seems to be another problem.
