Cannot remove user
I have an employee who left the company. When trying to remove her, got message 'This user can't be removed. This user is still signed in Justinmind desktop app. In order to remove him, contact him to sign out from the Justinmind desktop app.' (see attached)
She is no longer with us, and her PC has been returned back to the pool. So, I don't have access to her old PC anymore.
How can I remove her and reassign the license to someone else?
