Turn off notification for comments
Hi,
I have a problem regarding comments of reviewers.
Is it possible to turn off notifications for the reviewers? I have 5 reviewers on a prototype and when one of them add a comment all the others receive an email. I already turned off the notification button, but I (user) and all other reviewers continue to receive emails.

Each user/reviewer will need to manage their notifications individually. You should ask the reviewers to disable the notifications directly at their online account.

Thank you for the information. But how can they disable the comments? Do they have a profile if I add them just as a reviewers?

Yes. They need to do it through their online account.

Ok thank you. But than they have to create an account. I just saw that this account is free only for 30 days (trial account). If I need to test my prototyp again after these 30 days, will they be able to insert comment or will they be banned?

Hi again,
An easier option is when they receive an email with a notification at their inbox, to disable directly those notifications by clicking at "Manage notifications for this and other prototypes" at the end of that email. That way, they won't need to introduce any credentials or create a new account. Hope this helps.
