I cannot switch to paid account in the desktop app

Solved Musyoka 6 years ago

I have a trial account, my colleague added me as a user to their professional account. I can switch to the professional account when logged in to the website but not when using the desktop application.

When I share a prototype, its automatically uploaded to the trial account?

How can I switch to the professional account on the desktop app so that I can share the prototype?

Dear Musyoka,

Once you log in at prototyper, you should select the correct account.

I am not given an option to select an account. After entering email/password, it automatically moves to the main screen

Dear Musyoka,

Are you using the same email account to log in at prototyper as here? I've been checking out your email account used here at the community and is not associated to any other account. Can you check out with your colleague which is the email account he has used to add you as a user on its account?

When I was registering for JIM, my company domain was softwaregroup-bg.com so same email as here only with softwaregroup-bg.com. The -bg was dropped recently. I registered for the community support using the one without -bg because I did it today.

Hi there,

I've been checking out our database and it seems your email account hasn't been associated to any account yet. Currently your account (xxx@softwaregroup-bg.com) is just a trial and also you are a reviewer of a prototype.

To solve this issue, you should speak with the account owner and ask him to add you as a user at the account. Once you have been added as user you should receive a verification email. Then you will be able to use Justinmind.

I was using free account before my company added me as a user to a paid account. Both used same email id with heartland.us domain. I can switch between accounts on the website but not on the desktop application. I only see the free version in there with no option to switch to paid version. Could some one help me with this?

Try signing out of the Justinmind application. When you go to sign in again, you should see an option to switch to the paid account.
