I can't enter my license key for JIM

Hi there,


I have a license key for JIM so that I can upgrade my account, however, there is no place for me to enter this key in the application. I just keep getting redirected to the Buy page even though my software has already been bought


How do I solve this problem ASAP? THanks

Hi Sarah,


Starting in version 7.7, we no longer use license keys. Instead, your license is tied to your email address. In order to use the Pro version, you should contact the account owner of the license and tell them to login to their online Justinmind account, go to the users page, and add you as a user. You will then receive an activation email, and should open Justinmind, enter your credentials for your online account, select the licensed account, and you'll be able to use the Pro version.

Danielle,

The account owner has added me as a user of their account, however I do not see any activation email.


They upgraded my account this morning so I should have received an email by now.

Please advise on what to do?
