First, try going to this file: \users\username\Justinmind\7.9.0\user_info.xml and delete the file named user_info.xml. Then try signing in again.
If that doesn't fix the issue, we suggest you reinstall Justinmind from a fresh download, which you can find here: justinmind.com/download
