how do I change label of the radio box list

I m new to this tool & have very simple problem how to put label on my radio button list. instead of saying new value1,new value2,3 I want it label as 0,1,2. how to do it. can someone please help & guide me

You will be able to edit the values at the properties tab. See the screenshots attached.
