how do I set the background color of my canvas? In the Properties menu on the right where i generally edit the widgets nothing appears to edit if you are just on the blank canvas
Click on the base screen in the outline (looks like a monitor icon), then look to the properties panel and scroll down until you see 'Background'. There you can set the background canvas color.
