"No item selected" shown when i click elements in outline
I have a problem that just started today and I cannot figure out why. For some reason, about 40% of my elements (folders, images, text, etc) show "no item selected" in the properties box when I click it in the outline box. I cannot edit any of those elements. When I right click them, nothing happens. When I left click them, it highlights as if selecting what I just clicked, but again "no item selected" shows in the properties box, as if nothing were selected, even though I just selected them in the outline box. Please tell me there's a way to fix this.
Hi Christopher,
One reason for this could be if you had an element marked as hidden, then went to View and unchecked 'components marked as hidden'. This will cause the item to not be viewable in the properties panel.
If this isn't the case, let me know and we'll investigate this further.

I dont believe this was this case, however if it were, how would i fix it? I cannot select the element to unmark hidden.

To fix this, go to View -> Components marked as hidden and make sure that it is checked.
