How many computers can I install my Justinmind on?

Every named user, with both a desktop and a secondary laptop/home computer, can legally install and use Justinmind on both computers.

Can I use the same key on a Windows or a Mac computer?

Yes. You can use the same key to register a copy on a Mac or a Windows computer.

How can I register / activate my copy?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with the key and the registration /activation instructions. If you purchased a multi-user subscription or license, you must use the same key for all your named users.

Do I need to be connected to the Internet all the time?

Nope. Justinmind only needs to connect once a month or a year, depending on the plan you chose, to verify your subscription.

I lost my key. How can I recover it?

You will find your subscription key inside Your account settings.

What should I do when I change my computer?

You should unregister / deactivate your copy from the old computer and register a new copy to the new computer. Find the instructions to move a copy here.

Managing my Subscription

How my subscription will be verified every month / year?

A subscription check will take place once every 30 days (monthly plan) or 365 days (yearly plan). If you are not online when the subscription check takes place, Justinmind will ask you to connect to the Internet.

How do I change the credit card that will be used for my subscription?

The account owner can update the credit card following these steps:
1. Login to Your account settings section.
2. Click the Change credit card link, change your credit card     information and click the submit button.
At the next billing cycle the new card will charged.

Where can I access my paid invoices?

Paid invoices can be found on Your account settings section.

How can I change billing information?

The account owner can update the billing information following these steps:
1. Login to Your account settings section.
2. Click Change billing info under the 'Subscription actions' section. Change your billing information and click the submit button.

How can I add users to my subscription?

You can add users to your subscription on Your account settings section.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:
1. Login to Your account settings section.
2. Click 'Cancel Account’ under the 'Subscription actions' section.
The subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and your credit card will not be charged again.

Evaluation and Software Distribution

Can I evaluate the product?

Yes. You can evaluate Justinmind 30 days for free and you don’t need a credit card to evaluate the products. After the trial, we'll switch you to our Free forever edition.

How is the software distributed?

Justinmind has adopted the Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) model. Consequently, software is available only via HTTP download. Justinmind does not distribute any software on CD or DVD.

After I purchase, do I need to reinstall the software?

No. There is no need to reinstall your software. Your existing installation can be activated by using a subscription or license key, following the installation instructions.

Are there any discounts on subscriptions?

Yes. We provide discounts on multi-user subscriptions.

Which payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

You will be automatically charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Carte Bleue. Currently, we do not accept PayPal.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a subscription?

Justinmind offers free 30-day evaluations and you don’t need a credit card to evaluate the products. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active subscription.

You can order a license here.

How can I get new versions and updates?

Licenses include minor and major version updates for 1 year. If you want to get new versions after the first year, the maintenance needs to be renewed each year for $99 per named user here.

Are there any discounts for multiple licenses?

Yes. You can find volume discounts here.

Are there any discounts for academic or non-profit institutions?

Yes. We provide 50% off for academic and non-profit organizations only on perpetual licenses. Apply here for an academic or non-profit license.

Are there any discounts for students?

Yes. We offer 50% off for students only on perpetual licenses. All we need is an updated and official proof of your student status. You can apply here.

Can a software reseller purchase a perpetual license?

Yes. A software reseller can purchase licenses on behalf of the end customer here.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a perpetual license?

Yes, you can request a refund up to 30 days after original date of purchase. After the 30-day period, refunds will not be available. To request a refund within 30 days of payment, please contact Justinmind Sales.
