Subscriptions and licenses

Managing Installation How many computers can I install Justinmind on? Every named user can legally install and use Justinmind on two computers.
Can I use the same login for both Windows and Mac? Yes, you can use the same Justinmind login for Windows and Mac.
Do I need to be connected to the Internet to work on my prototypes? No. Unless you want to use the Teamwork or Collaboration features, you can work offline. You only need to connect Justinmind once a month or year, depending on your pricing plan, to verify your subscription.
What should I do when I change computers? You should log out from the old computer and log in to the new computer.
Managing my Subscription How will my subscription be verified every month / year? A subscription check will take place once every 30 days (monthly plan) or 365 days (yearly plan). If you are not online when the subscription check takes place, Justinmind will ask you to connect to the Internet.
How do I change the credit card that will be used for my subscription? The account owner can update the credit card details as follows: 1. Go to your Account Settings. 2. Click on the Change Credit Card link within the Subscription actions on the right-hand side of the page, change your credit card information and click the Save Changes button. At the start of the next billing cycle the new card will be charged.
Where can I access my paid invoices? Paid invoices can be found in the Billing Settings section.
How can I change billing information? The account owner can update the billing information in the Billing Settings, by clicking the Change Billing Info link within the Subscription actions on the right-hand side of the page.
How can I add users to my subscription? You can add users to your subscription in the Account Settings section of your online account. Just click on the plus in the Upgrade Your Subscription section (or in the Add Additional Users section, if you have a Perpetual license). After selecting the users you want to add, click on Update Account/Update Subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription? To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below: 1. Log in to your Account Settings section. 2. Click Cancel Subscription under the Subscription Actions section.The subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and your credit card won't be charged again.
When the subscription is cancelled, what happens to the prototypes that I uploaded online? Your prototypes will be accessible online for as long as you have an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, your content will be deleted, as you will be downgraded to our free forever edition.
Evaluation and Software Can I evaluate the product? Yes. You can evaluate Justinmind for 10 days for free, without entering any credit card details. After the trial, you can buy a subscription or a permanent license, or we'll switch you to our Free forever edition.
How is the software distributed? Justinmind has adopted the Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) model. Consequently, software is available only via HTTP download. Justinmind does not distribute any software on CD or DVD.
After I purchase, do I need to reinstall the software? No. There is no need to reinstall your software. You only need to close the Justinmind editor and open it again.
How to Order a Subscription How can I buy a subscription? You can buy a subscription in your Account Settings. If you don't have an account, you can go to the Pricing page and buy it from there.
Are there any discounts on subscriptions? We offer multi-user discounts for Professional and Enterprise plans.
Which payment methods are accepted for subscriptions? You will be automatically charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Carte Bleue. Currently, we do not accept PayPal.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a subscription? Justinmind offers a free 10-day evaluation and you don't need a credit card to evaluate our product. Note that we do not offer refunds or credit for: partial months or years, upgrade/downgrade, or for months unused with an active subscription.
How to buy a Perpetual License How can I buy a perpetual license? You can buy a license from the Account Settings page. If you don't have an account, you can go to the Pricing page and buy it from there.
How can I get new versions and updates? Licenses include minor and major version updates for 1 year. If you want to get new versions after the first year, the maintenance needs to be renewed each year. Renewal price is 20% of list price per user per year.
Are there any discounts for multiple licenses? We offer multi-user discounts for Professional and Enterprise plans.
Are there any discounts for academic or non-profit institutions? Yes. We provide 50% off for academic and non-profit organizations on perpetual licenses. Apply here for an academic or non-profit license.
Are there any discounts for students? Yes. We offer 50% off for students on perpetual licenses. You will need to provide an official and up to date proof of your student status. You can apply here.
Can a software reseller purchase a perpetual license? Yes. A software reseller can purchase licenses on behalf of the end customer here. It's important to make sure that the End User's details are introduced correctly.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a perpetual license? Yes, you can request a refund up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. After the 30-day period, refunds will not be available. To request a refund within 30 days of payment, please contact Justinmind Sales.
