When importing csv data from ANSI to data master, character codes interpreted to be UTF-8, no automatic transcoding
Importing data from ansi coded csv gives you false results since it is interpreted as UTF-8 without prior transcoding.
I am a user from Germany using testdata containig ü,ä,ö,ß generated from a testdata engine of an us webpage. The results of this page are ANSI coded. So I had to go via notepad to transcode to UTF 8 first prior to importing.
