I am unable to sign in because it says my account is signed in on two other computers. Can you help me?

Please reset my activations!
Could you please reset my activations. I am signed in only with one computer but keep getting this error message. Also, I am now paying for two users on my individual account. Shouldn't I then have access to 4 computers through the same sign in credentials? I get error message when I try to do this and am defaulted to the free account when I try to sign in using a different email address and password of mine.
