registration form with two input text fields and a radio list
Hi,
could you please explain to me how do I create a registration form containing two input text fields (like Name and Surname) and a radio list (with options like I am older than 18, I am younger than 18, etc) so that, by clicking on the form button I can let the user see different fields and text inputs depending on the radio button the users has clicked from the radio list?
