Download page is not working

I'm on a Macbook Pro running macOS Catalina (10.15.2) and I'm using latest version of Chrome (Version 79.0.3945.117)
When I click the "download" button, either on my "Get Started" page (https://www.justinmind.com/usernote/listProjects.action) or anywhere on your web site, I get the following messages (see attached screenshot):
This page isn't working; http://www.justinmind.com redirected you too many times; try clearing your cookies; ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I cleared cookies and also confirmed I set Chrome to allow for cookies

Thanks for reporting this! We're aware of the issue and are working on a fix. For now, here's an address where you can download the file directly. Does that work?
