Too many registrations !

I have one pro registry key which I had installed on a desktop. I have now formatted the desktop and I am trying to install the same application.However, when I enter the registry key, it says that there are too many registrations : unable to lock license,please deactivate at least one copy and ask me to deactivate at least one copy.


Where am I going wrong?

Can I login to customer support portal through my JUSTINMIND ACCOUNT login and password

Just if you are the account owner. The owner should have received an email after finishing the purchase process with the instructions to register into the Customer Support Portal.
