Error: Too many Activations

I was just added to an account, and when I try and login with the Justinmind app it gives the error: "Too many activations" When I log into view my account it says 0 of 2 activations.

Apologies for any inconvenience. I have reset your account activations, so you'll be able to use Justinmind now.
