New version 5.1 now available

Hey Justinmind users!

Here is a new update for your Prototypers. Since we launched version 5.0 we have been ready to read all your feedback about it and get track of all the errors. To be honest, we thought there were going to be more errors to fix but it turned out 5.0 version is pretty stable even though all the changes we made. Anyway there were some annoying bugs and we’ve fixed them. So here you go, an update to make your Prototyper even more stable. But that’s not all, we’ve also added a feature that might delight you if you build your own widgets. So, in detail, what’s new in this update?

Widgets resize correctly now

If you take a look at the ‘size’ properties of a widget you will find something new. There are two lockers, one next to the height input and another next to width input. What for? Well, those lockers can lock height and width independently. But that’s not all, that information is also handled when you resize a group. So now you can have more options to configure your own widgets. Plus we’ve redesigned our widgets libraries and now everything resize just perfectly. Yes, even in Prototyper Free edition!

Bug fixes

We also fixed some bugs you might have found in version 5.0. Here is the list:

  • Simulation works even if you have Chrome as your default browser in Mac
  • Smoother transition effects between pages
  • Export to document now generates the pages in the order you defined in Screens tab
  • Key shortcuts now work in Mac
  • Values keep reseting bug
  • Moving by offset bug

We also fixed some crashes too. Thanks to all of you who gave us your feedback about our products. Meanwhile we’ll work hard to give you the most powerful, error free and easy to use prototyping tool ever!
