Trial expired early

Why has my trial expired? I was invited by our founder and created my account a few days later. He still has 7 days of trial left and my trial has been gone for over a week. Please help.


It would be nice if you would extend our trial due to this problem too so I can properly evaluate whether we want to subscribe.

The trial starts when a user initially signs up for an account and download "prototyper" in a computer, that's the reason why you can't use the trial again, as there is only one trial per computer permitted.

To resolve this, write us here.

If your trial seems to have expired early, please comment with your email address ONLY IF the email address you're using for Justinmind is different than your Justinmind.com/community email address. Otherwise, just comment that your trial has expired early and we'll assist you.

Hi I created a user with the trial version today, and we have to use it for our demo-session of a school project in next week.

I created it and my class mate tried to sign in on his phone to run it on the device, after that, the trial version expired

and im running with the free version now which doesn't have the features we need. pls help

That means somebody has tried Justinmind in that computer before. You can either buy a license or talk to your professor to ask for a free educational account for the students in your class.

It looks like someone else has already launched the desktop application trial on your computer, or you have used another trial account in the past.

Hi,

I downloaded an old version from other resource today and failed to log in.

Then I download the latest one from your website and try to log in with my account: *****.

But it shows This trial account has expired.

I assume the previous installed version messed it up, though I have deleted it.

Can you please help me with my account? I would like to try on it as my manager asked me to look for a tool.

It looks like you have been added as a user under someone else's trial account. If you try logging out and logging back in to Justinmind, you should see an option to sign into a trial account.

Your trial was started on May 2 and ended on May 17, so it looks to have run through the correct amount of time and is now expired.

Unfortunately no, every computer and user account can only use the trial once, and is switched to the free version after the trial expires.
